Our Vision
The partnership vision is to provide the most patient focussed services in the country. This is captured within the mission statement of the partnership.
"Patients In Control".
In developing the mission statement the partnership consulted a number of patients in the current services the partnership provide. Unanimously the patients suggested that they strongly felt the services provided were done flexibly and the mission statement should capture this. The partners agreed that the Mission statement embodied this.
Our Values
The Mission statement is underpinned by a number of values that the services embody. The values are:

-Recognising the patients are exert in managing their condition
-Recognise the staff as a valuable asset
-Ensuring services are safe
